Plan Japan

There is a way to support children and get results.

It is by building wells, schools and medical centers; by striving for regional and national development, by bringing out a child’s potential. This is what the “plan” is about. It may take some time until efforts reach any fruition. But there will be results; that is for certain.

Plan Japan is an international NGO officially recognized and registered by the United Nations. It undertakes development projects in 48 developing countries to improve living conditions for children. The plan’s primary aim is to realize a world in which children can attain their true potential. Plan Japan’s activities are based on the United Nations’ Convention on the Rights of the Child. There are currently 700,000 donors in Japan as well as 1100 volunteers providing support, but in an effort to further deepen understanding in Japan about conditions in developing countries, Plan Japan is reaching out for even more support.
